Today we have been notified that our video documentary, "Beyond the Garden Gate", has been chosen as a winner in the 21st Annual Telly Awards. The Telly Awards are the equivalent of the Emmy Awards for non-broadcast film and video productions. The judges are a group of over 20 highly qualified professionals in the television and film industry, and judge each entry on a 10 pt. scale against a high standard of excellence. Last year's winners included The Discovery Channel, Warner Brothers Home Video, Walt Disney Studios, Miramax Films, The Smithsonian Institute, and PBS, to name a few. "Beyond the Garden Gate" was selected as a winner in the Nature category. Winners receive a silver statuette and certificate.

"I am honored to receive this award for our first nature documentary, and hope that this will help others to recognize the unseen beauty of a garden as it unfolded in front of me during the filming of this unique project."
